Art Of Psychology with Millie

[gtranslate]

Hello everyone!

My name is Miljana Blažić (Millie), and I am a psychologist and psychotherapist specialized in psychodrama and monodrama modalities.

As a psychologist, I possess a deep understanding of the complexities of human psychology based on scientific facts, and utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective psychological support.

In my role as a psychotherapist, I have undergone specialized training in therapeutic techniques, based on psychological scientific theories.

In my role as a psychotherapist specialized in psychodrama and monodrama, my work extends beyond dialogue. I am trained to direct your inner drama and organize a dramatic representation of your inner life and different kinds of roles that you play. This allows you to experience it in a new way, relive any aspect you choose, and observe from the sidelines as an objective viewer. This will enable you to reconstruct and reintegrate your inner world.

I work with all the topics that are subject to correction through conversation and role-playing. Research has shown that psychotherapy can induce biochemical shifts in the brain, fostering sustainable transformation and lasting results.

Through the transformative power of the therapeutic alliance, I can assist you in navigating a wide range of concerns and fostering positive changes in your mental and emotional well-being.

I believe that life itself is an art form, and I am dedicated to helping individuals become the architects of their own lives, shaping their realities in the direction of their deepest desires.

My goal is to help you and encourage you to overcome psychological problems; achieve authenticity and spontaneity; cultivate a profound sense of creativity and inspiration, unlocking your inherent potential and uncovering new pathways to growth and fulfillment.

If you are seeking support in overcoming obstacles or maximizing your personal growth, I invite you to reach out to me for a confidential session.

No matter the challenges, we can find solutions tailored to your unique circumstances!

Millie

Welcome story:
The myth of Eros and Psyche;

How did Psychology get its name?

The myths of ancient Greece have long served as a wellspring of inspiration for scientists and artists alike. Among these myths, the tale of Eros and Psyche stands out as a timeless narrative imbued with profound meaning.

They are distinguished by richness of plots and content that it becomes clear why Ancient Greece is the source of European culture.

It is clear the term „Psychology“ is of Greek origin and consists of the phrase of two ancient Greek words:

The first word is „psyche“, translated as „soul“, psyche.

We are talking about the beautiful myth of Eros and Psyche, which tells how love conquers death – Psyche was born mortal, but the love between her and the god Eros was so strong (Venus herself envied this) that the Gods made her immortal.

This myth illustrates the attitude of the ancient Greeks to approve the soul. They considered the soul to be immortal and that no matter how a person was born, they could become immortal.

The second word „Logos“ is teaching, the concept of something understanding and studying.

It follows that psychology is the science of the psyche.

The ancient Greeks talked a lot about the soul, but the word soul left science, since the development of psychology as a science was necessary to define its subject as objectively measurable as in the natural sciences.
